Squamish has become one of the most sought-after addresses on the West Coast — not despite its identity as an outdoor adventure town, but because of it. When a developer wanted to create homes for the people who actually live that life, the design brief wrote itself: build for the athlete, the adventurer, the family that came here for the mountains and stays for the community.

The eight mountain modern duplexes are organised across four buildings, sited deliberately around a central private courtyard and shared driveway. It's a move that turns a standard development layout into something rarer — a mini neighbourhood, where kids have space to play and neighbours have reason to linger. In a town built on shared passion for the outdoors, that sense of community felt like the right thing to design toward.

Each unit is built around the Squamish lifestyle from the ground up. Large garage spaces at entry level provide serious storage for the bikes, boards, skis, and other gear that define life here — because a home for outdoor athletes needs to treat equipment as a priority, not an afterthought. Reverse floor plans place the living, dining, and kitchen at the top of the home, where full roof decks open up to the towering peaks and dramatic cliff faces that make this town iconic. The views aren't a bonus — they're the point.

All eight units sold immediately. In a market that knows what it wants, that's the clearest verdict a design can receive.
